In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr, we will be closed today

We (as well as many other libraries) will be closed today in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Not sure why we should be honoring him? Check out this article about in on the Nobel Peace Prize website. Did you know that he was the youngest person to ever receive the award? He was invaluable (which would be: valuable beyond estimation) in the non-violent civil rights movement. You can also learn more about Martin Luther King, Jr at the King Center site, which was established in 1968 by Coretta Scott King, The King Center is the official, living memorial dedicated to the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
