Library Day in the Life: DAY 3

Helping people in the morning. Chocolate fondue in the afternoon!

This morning I started the chocolate fondue brewing in the crock pot.
Fondue and Crockpots were made for each other! It was so easy to get started and the staff area smelled DELICIOUS!

The recipe I used:
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour, 45 minutes
* 24 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
* 1-1/4 C. evaporated milk
* 1/4 C. sugar
* 2 t. vanilla extract
* a little coffee for an added PUNCH!
* Dippers: cubed poundcake, fruit, pretzels, cookies, marshmallows

After reference and lunch one of the pages cut up the strawberries (YUM) and we brought everything into our meeting room. At 2pm we showed Ghostbusters (who you gonna call?) and ate tons of chocolately yumminess.
