Want to help the family out?

How about making some of the food? I know that the Wegmans parking lot is filled to capacity, but why not check the cupboards and make something using the goodies already in the house.

I love the site All Recipes, because you can create a virtual recipes box and save all the recipes you love. Right now I have a recipe for spinach lasagna in my recipe box. My husband is making a meat lasagna we ate at Disney World and I get to make the veggie one.

We also have a HUGE collection of cookbooks at the library. You can find them in the 641.5 area.

Here’s a place to start:

Teens cook : how to cook what you want to eat
by Megan and Jill Carle with Judi Carle
641.5 C278t

Teens cook dessert
by Megan and Jill Carle, with Judi Carle
641.86 C278t

For after the huge meal and all the cookies I know you’ll be eating, we have exercise videos and books in the 613 area.
